Why it works

A habit is a loop. A plan breaks loops better than willpower does.

A lot of people grit their teeth for a week, slip once, and decide they've failed. Ninety days is long enough for the loop to loosen, and urges get shorter and easier. It's also short enough to see the finish line. One small practice a day, and a record where a slip is something to learn from, not a verdict.

What's inside

Six simple things you'll use every day

One honest check-in a day

Mark the day clean, or be honest about a slip. One wrong tap never wipes out weeks of work.

Tools for the craving itself

Three minutes of slow breathing, grounding, or a calm game. Each one ends, so you ride the urge out and move on.

A streak that tells the truth

A hand-drawn plant grows each clean day. A slip resets the streak, but your total clean days stay.

Recovery stories

Short picture stories about urges and setbacks, for the nights when it's hard.

Anonymous human support

Moderated rooms and one-to-one chat, with made-up names. No feeds. No followers.

A rhythm that replaces it

A simple daily routine that fills the time the habit used to take.

How it works

Four small moves

    1

    Say why

On day one, you write down why you want to quit. You see it again when an urge hits.

    2

    Check in daily

Thirty seconds: a clean day, an urge you got through, or a slip. Over time you'll see your patterns.

    3

Use the tools when it gets hard

Breathing, grounding and focus games are made for the hard ten minutes. Then you get on with your day.

    4

    Keep going to day 90

Your plant grows a little every clean day. Milestones come as you earn them.
