About 90 Days
What this is
90 Days is a web app for people who want to stop using pornography and stay stopped. It is built around a fixed 90-day program with one short practice a day, a daily check-in, tools for the moment an urge hits, and a record of every clean day you have banked. There is no blocking software and no surveillance. You mark what is true and the app helps you read your own patterns.
What is inside
- A 90-day program with a distinct daily exercise.
- A check-in that separates an urge you rode out from a slip.
- Short finite sessions for a hard ten minutes: breathing, grounding, focus games.
- A daily rhythm checklist with a step-by-step guide.
- Moderated rooms and private one-to-one chats under anonymous names.
- A private record of milestones, in your own words.
- A library of stories and a line to carry each day.
What it costs
The program, the streak, the check-ins, the sessions, the rooms and the one-to-one chat are free and stay free. 90 Days Plus costs $15 a month and starts with a 3-day free trial. Plus adds a longer progress report, a private members group, a members board, voice-guided sessions and an export of everything you have written. You can also give $15 once to cover a month for someone who cannot pay.
Who runs it
90 Days is run by Henk Oelofse, trading as 90 Days, based in South Africa. It is a small independent operation, not a clinic and not a medical service. Community posts and helper requests are reviewed by a person, not only by software.
Email hoelofse11@gmail.com for support, refunds, privacy requests or anything about your account. Payments are taken by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, and your receipt comes from them.
What this is not
90 Days does not give medical, psychological or legal advice, and it is not a crisis service. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line in your country. Nothing in the app replaces care from a qualified professional.
